This past week, St. Edmund's Catholic Primary School, Godalming have been busy selling raffle tickets to win Easter Eggs – in support of my bike ride and to raise funds for CHASE.
My two youngest children Katie and Toby who attend St Eds have been working hard selling tickets to parents and children at the front of school, along with Katie’s friend Alice Sheppard.
Yesterday, following the Easter Assembly which included a wonderful dance show organised by the year 6 pupils, I was invited to say a few words to the school about JOGLE and CHASE, and to draw the winning raffle tickets.
I am absolutely delighted to say that their incredible hard work paid off, and St Eds managed to raise a fantastic £213.45 towards my CHASE fundraising!
I’d like to say a BIG thank you to absolutely everybody involved, especially Mrs. Ramiz – St. Edmund's Head Teacher who has been the project “Mastermind”...
